Barrister Magdalena Lubiniecka, LL.M.

L e g a l  e d u c a t i o n:

Magdalena Lubiniecka graduated from the Faculty of Law of international universities – University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań (Poland) and Europa Universitat Viadrina in Frankfurt/Oder (Germany) with an academic title of Master of Laws (LL.M.). Scholar of programme Socrates at the Essex University in Colchester (England).

In 2012, she finished legal training at the Bar Chamber in Wrocław and passed the Bar exam.

During the 3-year legal training, she cooperated with big law firms in Wrocław. After having finished the apprenticeship, she started her own Law Firm in Wrocław and its Branch in Złotoryja.

P r o f e s s i o n a l  e x p e r i e n c e:

During her legal career, she provided entrepreneurs from the food, machine, clothing, lighting and energy industry with legal advice. She was also advising international entrepreneurs. She represented Clients before ordinary courts of law in cases regarding civil law, family law, commercial law (using international legal provisions – among other things Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, European Regulations – Rome I and Rome II) and insolvency law as well as before administrative courts and administrative authorities.
